When not at the Camberwell clinic, Bridget Russell is also working as a massage therapist at the Richmond Football Club, supporting elite footballers across both the AFL and AFLW teams.
With a Diploma of Remedial Massage from RMIT, Bridget has experience as a trainer with Richmond AFLW, is a former national cheerleading champion, former high level gymnast and has coached numerous Victorian Gymnastics State championship teams
Combined, these skill sets & experiences give Bridget insight & understanding of how massage therapy can assist outcomes to help you improve your quality of life, to be at your best and to achieve your goal, whether that be an athletic sports pursuit and/or your every-day life activities.
