Nathan Monaco is the team physio for the elite Cassey Cavaliers, supporting the elite Casey male and female basketball squads at all training sessions and on game day. The Cav’s have just commenced their NBL1 basketball season.
Since 2021, has Nathan worked closely with the Cav’s, particularly on their warm-up and recovery programs. His tip for all athletes is management of all niggles and injury. “Early physio equals faster recovery plus better performance” says Nathan
