It’s Summer.

In the summer sun and heat ensuring a correct warm up, staying hydrated and then a managed recovery period are key messages for injury prevention and optimum performance.

Across all our clinics, the Physioworks Health Group team of physiotherapists, massage therapists & exercise physiologists, are involved in educating and supporting participation in summer sports & events across our communities – from cricket, softball and tennis to volleyball and basketball.

Physioworks Director David Francis (FACP) is hands on this summer with the Camberwell Magpies Cricket Club (Victorian Premier Cricket) guiding the injury management program for the club across the playing squad.
