The presentation focused on the importance of strength training, injury prevention, hydration, nutrition and is complementary to the Exercise Physiology (EP) program that Physioworks currently provide to all Loreto athletes.

The Loreto EP program sees athletes from the school come into a Physioworks clinic for an EP assessment, from which tailored individual strength training programs are developed. These programs are particularly important to support and educate young athletes as they participate and compete with dynamic, growing bodies.

Other school orientated allied health care programs supported by Physioworks Health Group include the St.Kevins College Rowing program and the Xavier College APS Football program.
