What a challenge! Physioworks Exercise Physiologist Megan Jepson hit the hiking trails over Easter trekking with a group of Physioworks clients and staff.
The hiking trail was a new trek for the Physioworks group – Mt Donna Buang in Warburton. With a 1250m vertical climb over 6km to get to the summit, the hike was certainly challenging.
“This hike had it all, with amazing views worth the climb; even though it was a bit foggy” said Megan. “It was very steep terrain and slippery in some parts, we had spider webs, leaches, and a Lyrebird courting. This was probably the toughest trek we have done as a group; so I think this trek will probably make a reappearance somewhere down the line! Everyone did a great job” added Megan
