Physiotherapist Alesha White joins the Physioworks Health Group.

Physiotherapist Alesha White has joined the Physioworks Health Group consulting at the Physioworks Cranbourne & Pakenham clinics. Alesha enjoys connecting with all members of the community & working with clients in a positive & supportive manner as they progress through the injury rehabilitation journey. She is passionate in helping all people lead a fit & active lifestyle in a way they best enjoy. Alesha has gained experience & skills working with athletes through internships at the Collingwood FC during the 2023 season & in the Hawthorn FC VFLW program in 2021.She has keen interest in helping athletes, of all levels, reach their personal & event goals. Alesha White has played AFL for the last 8 years, including the 2023 VFLW season with Darebin Falcons. Outside of physiotherapy & AFL, Alesha is an active participant in various sports & the gym. She enjoys travel, playing guitar & taking her dogs for long walks. Alesha White graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) & is active member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA).
