Hydrotherapy classes at Physioworks Health Group have returned from May 18, 2021.
Hydrotherapy can offer a perfect adjunct to physiotherapy, to assist strengthening, mobilisation and movement. Supervised by a physiotherapist, hydrotherapy involves gentle exercises in warm water with programs individually tailored by your physiotherapist to each person’s particular needs.
Following suspension of these classes in 2020, hydrotherapy classes are now permitted again following approval by Victorian Government.
Hydrotherapy classes at Physioworks Health Group are conducted by Physiotherapist Lucas Kelly at Cardinia Life in Pakenham (every Monday) and at Casey Race in Cranbourne (every Tuesday).
