Shake off the winter blues. Spring is just around the corner. And the spring fun run event season will soon be upon us.
Can the Physioworks Health Group Exercise Physiology team assist you with your fun run goal this spring?
Or perhaps you are keen to exercise more, to get fitter & healthier for summer but don’t know where to start?
The experienced Physioworks Exercise Physiology team can assist you by developing tailored exercise programs specifically for you to meet your run and/or exercise goal.
Physioworks Director Andrew Dalwood has been supporting the Connors Run charity for the last 7 years, using it as a motivator as a spring time fitness goal, training with a specific tailored exercise program. “It’s a great way to unite the family in charity, exercise & fun. This year we will have a spread of both runners & walkers across the family. We’re all looking forward to the 2022 event, confident that my running & exercise program will ensure I’m 100% ready for my run” said Andrew.
The Physioworks EP team provide tailored 1:1 Personal Exercise sessions, as well as Group Exercises classes at our onsite in-clinic gyms at Physioworks Camberwell, Cranbourne, Mulgrave & Pakenham.
