Sports Physiotherapist Matthew Lynagh provided his expertise in supporting the South East Football Netball League (SEFNL) Inter-league team in their 33 point win over the Murray FL in the AFL Victoria Community Championships played at Lonsdale Reserve, Mulwala last weekend.
The Championship’s bring together the inter-league teams from 36 Victorian Football leagues for a weekend of community football across the state.
Physioworks Health Group gave further support to the SEFNL squad by providing water bottles and tray carriers to keep the players hydrated pre- game, during and post the big win.
As the Medical and Allied Health Care partner of the SEFNL, Physioworks Health Group provides education and support to the League for injury prevention, treatment and management.
Having supported the senior and U18 squad’s in training sessions over the last month, Matt travelled with the teams to Mulwala and reports strong SEFNL victories in both the seniors and Under 18’s, with only a few minor injuries; ensuring a great weekend for the SEFNL community.
