The long-term successful community partnership between the Physioworks Health Group and the Camberwell Magpies Cricket Club (CMCC) continues to strengthen as we enter our 14th cricket season together.
Physioworks Health Group are the physiotherapy & allied health care partner of the CMCC, with the club having four teams competing in Victorian Premier Cricket.
Physioworks Health Group continue to be a financial partner of the Magpie Cricket Academy, working with, and supporting the development of young cricketers at the club.
Further, Physioworks are the proud naming sponsor of the U16 & U18 Dowling teams who represent the club at the annual Dowling Shield underage Victorian cricket carnival.
The Physioworks Camberwell physiotherapy & allied health care team, headed by David Francis, along with Will Treuer, are providing fitness & health care support to the entire Magpie squad on training & match days.
Across the season, The Physioworks Health Group CMCC Player of the Week will acknowledge & celebrate the most inspired individual Magpie game day performance across each round.
With pre-season coming to a close, and the first ball soon to be bowled “in anger” for the 2024-25 cricket season, the Physioworks team wish all at the Camberwell Magpies an enjoyable, fun, injury-free winning cricket season.
