Exercise Right Week is an awareness & promotional campaign by Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA) issuing a call for all Australians to take control of their health by engaging in regular physical activity. A key campaign focus is to make people think about how the expertise of an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) can assist them to exercise and, importantly, to “exercise right for who they are”.

An Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) holds a four-year equivalent university degree specialing in the exercise & movement for the prevention & management of chronic diseases & injuries.
