Howzat! Now in its 9th season (9 Not Out), Physioworks Health Group Camberwell continues our community sport partnership in providing sports physiotherapy & health care services to the Camberwell Magpies Cricket Club for the 2020/21 Victorian Premier Cricket season.

The Physioworks Camberwell team, headed by Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist David Francis & Massage Therapists Larissa Cordiano & Karyn Wheeler, support the CMCC playing squad in the prevention, management & treatment of cricket related injuries & provide a range of services, including Sports Physiotherapy, Sports Massage & Exercise Programs.

Physioworks Health Group is again sponsoring the CMCC Player of the Round, recognising each week the most outstanding performance by an individual player across the four Magpie teams representing the club.

This long term sponsorship & support partnership with the Magpies highlights the ongoing commitment of the Physioworks Health Group in assisting local sporting clubs to encourage community participation, health, fitness & general well-being, especially given that community sport re-engagement is even more important in the post COVID-19 period.

The team at Physioworks Camberwell will be providing injury prevention and injury management support to all players as they prepare for a return to sport in the Waverley District Netball Association (WDNA).

With restrictions still in place, Physioworks Exercise Physiologists Megan Jepson & Sophie Grumley are initially taking all junior & senior St.Cecilia teams through a weekly strength & fitness circuit online over ZOOM, to help them prepare to get back on the court.
